I had my stairs and balaster refurbished including replacing wooden spindles with metal ones, with a fancy one placed every 4th spindle, cutting off the decorative “snail” at the bottom of the stairs, painting the side boards to blend with the walls, painting the steps, kickplate and balaster handrail.
